I decided to take the jump into home ownership at the end of 2023. I began searching to get pre approved and it was the hardest thing to do as each time I reached out to different companies I would get ghosted in the process. My information would be taken and they’d begin the pre approval and then BAM none of my emails or calls would be returned. Then I remembered the referral I had from my colleague and searched my messages for Lianna’s contact. Thank the heavens I found it and gave her a call. She picked up right away and remembered me from our previous conversation when the referral took place. She told me what I needed to purchase and call her when I was ready. That conversation took place early 2022. I was surprised she remembered. She informed me that she was busy and had to call me back so this is where I thought “here we go again!” Ok, no problem I replied. About 30 minutes later I got a phone call where the ball began rolling. I was introduced to her team of loan officers and six months later i was sitting down signing Papers to owning my first home as she promised she would get me there. I am an educator By profession and I always state to my group of learners that my female students BLOW their counterparts out the water and this remained true with my experience owning a home. The first 3 guys I tried let me down but Lianna saved the day. The process was tedious but if owning a home is what you want to do, with Lianna you will NOT be disappointed. Liana is wonderful to work with, so personable and supportive! She takes the time to present you with as many options as possible. I was working with a smaller budget, but even so, she was able to find homes for me to see. Liana was also very flexible with me, I work long hours and my schedule is somewhat rigid, so she made sure she was available when I was free. In the end, the property I chose was new construction and there were many of setbacks, but throughout the whole process Liana kept me updated and reassured me that all of this is normal under these circumstances.
